Bergen County Community,

It is an honor to serve as President of the Junior League of Bergen County (JLBC) for the 2025–2027 League years. Since our founding in Englewood, NJ in 1928 and incorporation into the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) in 1933, the JLBC has remained steadfast in its mission: to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training—throughout Bergen County and beyond.

Our members come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of skills, but we are united by a shared commitment to strengthen our community. Together, we partner with local organizations and nonprofits to create measurable, lasting change by leveraging our collective energy, expertise, and passion for service.

Launched in Fall 2023, our signature community impact initiative, Empowering Environments Where Everyone Can Thrive, focuses on creating indoor and outdoor spaces across Bergen County that foster growth, connection, accessibility, and empowerment.
